What Did Snow Look Like?

I am beginning to get discouraged about the lack of snow here. We had one day in December when we saw some snow flurries and we had a couple of snow showers Tuesday, but nothing has stuck on the ground. We have had temperatures in the 50s and 60s more commonly this month, and only a few nights below freezing. I like snow and I am missing it. We all are.

So, to cheer myself up, I found some pictures that Erica took last winter. We did not have much snow last year, but we had a little.

Here is another pretty one. I would title it “Snow Flower”:




I am glad that Erica has a good eye for photography. It helps me to look at her snow pictures on these 60 degree January days.

I'm dreaming of a white…..day (any day)

Just like the ones I used to know.

Maybe we will have some new snow soon? (The weather man is not cooperating, but I can still dream.)

lol – I saw your title and thought… him too? Man, it is depressing to be in January and not have enough snow to even see unless you are looking in the crevices where the sun never reaches!

But before I had a chance to actually READ your post, I noticed, IT IS SNOWING this morning here!!! :):) good luck on your end!
