This week's featured blogger is Eric from Pure Water Hollow in Eastern Kentucky! Eric and his wife were just enjoying homeschooling and raising their four children out on their 100 acres when friends started telling them that they were actually homesteading.

His family's latest adventure is raising pigs though and you can read all about how they built their pig lot, and the cage for their truck, and even about the castration process. They've been learning a lot about pig raising as they go and you can read his latest update here.
