I read your post about you and your family making maple syrup. I found it very interesting!
I am thinking about doing it this year. Is there any tips you can give me? DId you all use plastic buckets for your sap? Did you have to stay up and watch the syrup all night? If you can give me any info at all I would greatly appreciate it!

Thanks for commenting on my blog. I'm glad you all are enjoying it. Instead of replying with a large message here, I decided to put up another post about it and just now put it up on the blog.

If you have any other questions, feel free to ask. Of course we are definitely novices at this and are learning ourselves, but it has been fun and not too difficult.

If you have a good sized maple tree, I'm sure you can do it, too! If you do try, we'd love to hear about it.
